The following is a listing of legal holidays observed in Massachusetts.
Public offices are closed on all of these days or observed days. Certain holidays in the Commonwealth are subject to laws that restrict the type of work that can be conducted, as well as the kind of business and commercial activities that can operate on these days. On holidays that are not subject to these laws, businesses and commercial activities may operate as usual.
