MFA’S 43rd ANNUAL CONVENTION – MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND-MAY 24-27, 2024
OMNI MOUNT WASHINGTON RESORT, BRETTON WOODS, NEW HAMPSHIRE COMPLETION OF REGISTRATION FORMS – Please read instructions carefully.
Convention attendees will be roomed in the Hotel and the Bretton Arms.
Babysitter/childcare information will be forwarded to families separately.
Please include all children’s names and ages so that we can adequately prepare for all events and dining requirements. If anyone in your party has an allergy, please note that on the form. Children’s rates are printed on the back of the registration form. Please remember family units are 2 bedrooms connected by one bath and are classified as two rooms and require double registration and double room deposit. The limited number of Family Units and adjoining rooms will be reserved for families with young children.
MFA will make every effort to recruit sitters; however, a sitter cannot be guaranteed. Based on availability, a sitter will be offered in the order requests are received for parents to enter into an independent agreement with the sitter. Please call the MFA office if you have any questions.
Submit the completed registration form to the MFA office and we will make your room reservations for you. Room deposit and registration fees are due with the registration form. Please refer to the Package Rate chart and Payment & Credit section on the back of the registration form for payment methods.
Please Note: OMNI CANCELLATION POLICY -Any reservation not cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee.
The theme for this year’s convention is “MFA’s Storyland” and Saturday night is our Convention Theme Night Costume Party. Join in the fun and dress as your favorite STORYBOOK character. The special focus category for the 2024 Convention is “BEVERAGE BONANZA!”
